Steam cauliflower until soft and mash. Season with salt and pepper and plate.

Marinate fish in miso paste and minced ginger. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat 1.5 teaspoons of olive oil in a pan and cook the fish with miso mixture until flaky and remove.

In the same pan, sauté green beans and zucchini until tender.

Plate the fish over the cauliflower and add greens. Pour remaining miso mix over fish and veg and serve.
