Ingredients
  • 100 grams Organic Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic - Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 6 Small Cos Or Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
  • 1.5 Medium Tomato
  • 1/4 Medium Avocado
  • 1/2 gram Salt And Pepper To Season
  • 1/4 Medium Red Onion
  • 5 grams Fresh Coriander
  • 1/2 Medium Lime
Instructions
  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add organic beef mince to the pan. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Stir in ground cumin, paprika, chilli powder (optional), salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the beef.
  4. Dice tomatoes and red onion, chop coriander and set aside.
  5. Prepare cos lettuce leaves to use as taco shells. Wash and pat them dry.
  6. Spoon the Mexican beef mince mixture into each lettuce leaf.
  7. Top with diced avocado, diced tomato, red onion and fresh coriander. Add a squeeze of lime juice.
  8. Serve the lettuce tacos with lime wedges on the side.
