Ingredients
    For the Guacamole
  • 2 Medium Avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 2 pinches Salt And Pepper To Season
  • 1 Medium Lime
  • 1/2 Medium Red Onion
  • 2 Medium Tomato
  • 20 grams Fresh Coriander
  • For the Veg
  • 1 Medium Celery Ribs
  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 30 grams 75 gm •
  • 75 grams Cucumber
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork to your desired consistency.
  2. Add diced tomato, finely chopped red onion, chopped fresh coriander, ground cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined. Adjust salt and pepper according to taste.
  3. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks. Cut the cucumber into long sticks. Slice the capsicum into strips. Cut celery into sticks.
  4. Arrange the colourful veggie sticks around the bowl of guacamole on a platter. Optionally, garnish the guacamole with a sprig of coriander.
  5. NOTE: The recipe makes enough dip for four serves. Once you have removed a quarter for each days morning snacks, place some cling wrap over the top, making contact with the surface of the avocado to reduce contact with air. It will keep fresh in the fridge for up to five days.
