Ingredients
  • 100 milliliters Lite Coconut Milk - Organic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 20 grams Protein Powder - Vanilla - No Added Aspartame
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seed
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds and ground ginger powder.
  2. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  4. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top.
