Ingredients
  • 75 grams Nuts - Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts Or Macadamia
  • 3 tablespoons Chia Seed
  • 40 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 25 grams Dark Chocolate
  • 30 grams Dried Goji Berry
  • 50 grams Protein Powder - Vanilla - No Added Aspartame
  • 5 teaspoons Almond Butter - No Added Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Coconut Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 dash Sea Salt
  • 30 grams Unsweetened Dried Coconut
Instructions
  1. Begin by pulsing the mixed nuts in a food processor until they form a coarse meal. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chia seeds, finely chopped dark chocolate, cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, protein powder and goji berries to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, add the nut butter, honey, coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the bowl.
  5. Mix everything thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly combined.
  6. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  7. Once chilled, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into six balls (approximately 40g ea) using your hands.
  8. Spread desiccated coconut on to a plate and rolls balls to cover.
  9. Arrange the bliss balls on a plate or tray and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to set.
  10. Store the bliss balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness. You can also freeze to enjoy at a later date.
